Why haven't you run it?

because I'm on an intermediate program
Anyway now that I have your attention, so many people do 5/3/1+BBB or Texas Method, but I got my best gains in Hepburn A Power+Pump

How much should each phase last?

I ran Ivysaur but in hindsight it was retarded. 5 years deep into lifting and looking back, the best "cookie cutter" novice routine is still starting strength. The only adjustment I'd make is to alternate between chins and back extensions earlier than rip has it.

TM was pretty much the only successful intermediate program I've ever tried. The rest just had me burning wheels. Now I have different goals but if I just wanted to get brutally strong it would be SS -> TM.

Cuz squats are gay

Because the gym is my happy place. I'm not saying the program doesnt work, but just doing 3 exercises for 3x5 just isn't fun for me.

I have. It was great. Got really big and strong. Was kind of chubby at the end but honestly I looked better than now that I'm leaned out
