I have successfully cut from 222lbs to 217lbs! 216lbs, here I come!
Lil bro really lost 5 lbs and said this deserved a thread
>>77395126Good job
>>77395126good job my friend
>he just keeps replying to himself lol
>>77395126so you took a shit in the morning and felt it was necessary to tell everyone?
tfw you fluctuate from 220-205 lbs on a daily basis.
>OP skips his bedtime ben & jerry's>wakes up>pisses out a gallon of glycogen>makes thread saying he "lost" 5lb>treats himself to a lil ben & jerries as a weightloss treat
>>77395126Good job fren
Imagine I posted an avatar pic and said good job like the other dyels
>>77395126*daps you*
>>77395126*plaps you*
>>77395126great jorb
>>77395156So you're constantly thinking about feces and decided to post it online for everyone to see?
>>77395126Congrats but your weight will fluctuate up and down by 5 pounds on a daily basis. There are times when I skip dinner and the next day I lost 5 pounds. Pretty sure it is just water weight. Then the next day I eat normally and get the 5 pounds back.
>>77395731Stop ptojecting yourself onto others as if your subjective experience and lifestyle is a fact of life
>>77395767It's not a lifestyle lmao, it's a well known fact of weight loss. For the record I am on a mild cut right now and lost 25 pounds in 5 months. But you measure that by long term trends. Take your weight every morning before breakfast and you will see it goes up 1-5 pounds and down 1-5 pounds seemingly at random. But over time you will see it hovering around a lower and lower number.
>>77395767Retard
>>77395776"At random" is not "a daily basis"
>>77395793>measure yourself once a day, in the morning, before breakfast>scale goes up and down 1-5 pounds depending on water weight and glycogenDoes that make things easier to understand?
>>77395874I'm glad we agree your initial statement wasn't correct
Congrats!
>>77395126i did a bigger cut, but then i gained it all back. And now here I am again, back on fit. this is the story of my life
a man weighs 200lbs, wtf are you doin son
