quite the opposite. cells require carbs to generate ATP and CO2. not generating enough cellular energy leads to less energy being produced in the less important organs, like the thyroid gland. and the downstream hormonal effect of reducing thyroid involves the accumulation of oestrogen (which makes you a pussy) and stress hormones, which will further degrade you. carbstients usually say they have more energy, but that's because they're running on stress hormones. after a while they tend to get out of breath easily.

The redpill is that you lose your youthfulness the second you lose your taste for sweet things. The sweets are the child's craving for glycogen to fuel play and the brain's rapid intake of information they have to absorb for school/language.

When they get socially pushed into rejecting sweets, they still need energy so it ends up coming from fat (protein is not a primary energy source) and fat is only metabolized for low intensity activity and just general cattle behavior like wake up -> abuse stimulants (coffee) -> go to work (slamming more stimulants) -> come home -> have big fatty dinner -> sleep.

The NASC organization (and any credible athletic source that isn't a youtube grifter) recommends carbohydrates consumption from 8-10g/kg in aerobic athletes and 5-6g/kg for anaerobic athletes. This is just a guideline for training, not even competition; this isn't "carbloading" this is a daily requirement. The average lifter is sitting there getting into endless arguments with fat people online about eating 100g. 100g is the bare minimum just to prevent ketosis (glucose/glycogen starvation). Fat people try to make you sick like they are because they hate life and want to spread their own misery.

You're not going to like this information because it involves more of a change than just opting for "low carb pizza" but it's the truth. There is no "individuation" every human functions off glycogen, even if they have to convert fat to get the bare minimum for survival.
