Anyone got it yet? Is it worth?

50 fucking dollars kek. I already watched his video with Lyle explaining rfl and I didn't buy that book either. You learn everything you need to know in there and Solomon probably just borrows the main ideas for quick easy profit like some kind of hand rubbing ethnic stereotype
>>
>>77396137
Yeah I've seen those too. He did say there are some meals in it and I do like books for me shelf so tempted still. Its fucking EIGHTY dollars for the book. The 50 is for the PDF lmao.
>>
Waiting room for some generous anon to upload the file
>>
>>77396137
Exactly. Rfl is fantastic, that's all you need to know really
>>
>>77396109
I like him overall because anyone that committed to shitting on Mr Kike is alright in my book but there's something off-putting about him.
>>
It would be a bit high for me but I could go $50 for an actual book.
$50 for a pdf is ridiculous.
There is too much information available for free to justify that price.

what the fuck is there to talk about for 4 fucking hours

I havnt read his books so I dont know if it's any different there but in these long form chats Lyle tends to go off on tangents and down rabbit holes when certain things come up.
I think it's just the nature of these because they are basically done as conversations instead of strict interviews/presentations.

At least this confirms that the celebrity worshippers and free marketers are all fat pieces of shit.

That information is available online for free. You can even find it here on a general very often.

fats truly are subhuman in every respect

>this egotistical retard needs 4 fucking hours of blowing himself to say "eat protein and fibrous, non starchy vegetables, take fish oil, shut the fuck up, and lose 4lbs of fat a week"
Lyle Muhammadonald is a fucking hack. Seriously why is he so brown?

Nope.

>The Lesser Key of Solomon's Guide to Weightloss
>>
>>77396109
>Is it worth?
Worth what? Are you fat? How would buying this book stop you from being fat?
>>

I ate less and moved more and dropped in weight just fine - but also lost muscle, and maintaining a calorie deficit for a few years led to health problems due to the lost muscle coming from some inconvenient places.
hormone-oblivious weightloss is also much harder than it needs to be, because you're constantly spiking your insulin, storing too much energy, dropping your blood sugar and making yourself hungry, when not only the exact same calories but the EXACT SAME FOOD IN THE EXACT SAME AMOUNTS could be eaten while avoiding these problems.

If your spotter isn't a demon, are you even trying?

I lost 100lbs, had to throw out all of my pants, and dropped 3 sizes of shirt, mostly doing a lot of light cardio (skating, rowing) while eating 1800 or less kcal. The first six months of this year I ate 2500+ kcal while doing much less cardio while actually lifting weights, and didn't budge in weight.
>>77396109
I bought it and it doesn't have any hormone-oriented advice btw. ctrl-f insulin has 31 hits and the references show an awareness of how insulin functions, but he spends most of the references on attacking hypothetical CICO-deniers who think hormones can violate the laws of thermodynamics. There are NO references to fiber outside of citations that include "fiber" in the name of a study.
Fibers causes you to shit out calories that would otherwise be stored, and fiber + simple tips like "eat some greens before protein before carbs before sugars" and "take a walk within 30min of eating" helps immensely.
it's a 109-page PDF that spends too much time deboonking alternative theories instead of arguing its own - i.e., it's academic.
Solomon does argue against what I did and said didn't work well for me in the end:
>I am not one for moderation when a goal is in sight. I do not see the appeal in dragging out a moderate deficit for months on end, lingering in a chronic state of low-grade hunger. I prefer to strip the body fat off quickly and return to a life of stable abundance as soon as possible
so this book still might've helped me.

>NO references to fiber
he spells it "fibre"
the "do not drink your calories" chapter is exactly the kind of simple tip I just meant, using even the same mechanisms:
>When you eat a solid, high-volume meal, it physically stretches the stomach, sending signals to your brain that you have eaten. Liquids, on the other hand, empty from the stomach rapidly and do not exert the same pressure. Further, the very act of chewing (mastication) triggers satiety signals in the brain, a step entirely bypassed when you drink a beverage.
>Consider the example of orange juice. A standard 250 ml (8oz) glass of orange juice contains roughly 110 calories. You can down that glass in five seconds and feel no fuller than before you started. To consume those same 110 calories from whole oranges, you would need to eat nearly two entire medium oranges. The whole fruit provides physical bulk and fibre that slows digestion and occupies space in your gut.
most of hormone-oriented weightless advice amounts to slowing digestion.

ooo can you upload it? Want to have a look and 50 bucks is way too much
