How many times can you bench 235lbs? me: 0
0. I've never had a bench, but just got one so I've been benching for 2 weeks. I am up to 4x4 185 though, next week I'll go up to 195

>>77396671>>77396833>Training is very simple but it's over complicated. Sometimes you just need to pin down all the bullshit and cut off all the excess outer skin that is covering the true nature of it all. Then you can begin to suck out all the information you truly need without being blocked by what naturally comes with a large multi demographic activity; a layer of protective skin that preserves sensitivity and preserves function.

whatever 50kg dumbbells (100kg combined) incline dumbbell press for 8-10 reps translates to a flat barbell press
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkEo5Thds10https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pT4Ebx2ra1Areminder that mr kike was genuinely very strong at one point. 350 super strict bb rows and 275 for reps on ohp is kinda nuts.
Considering hus arm length, 225 lb are like a 100lb for you. Any normal person would have been ashamed to be that weak
>>77397260The rich stay rich. A shorter arm length and a barrel chest make benching easy while underutilizing aesthetic muscles like pec minor and front delts. Hence why less bulky often looks more aesthetic, most strong people are gifted with dumb luck and the inability to discern what does what when lifting. But having this build accentuates pec major activation and creates the barrel chest Jonny Bravo look. As someone with long arms I've had to trial and error probably 20 different ways to do flat bench.
>>77397281Vs a lankier person who has a shield looking chest. A legit ass powerlifter often kinda looks like a fridge instead of a v taper and giant arms/delts. They kind of just get by doing low iq shit and it all works out because of biomechanics. No need for thick lats, arms, delts, traps. The physique is nore optimal from an engineering standpoint for said lift. I'd rather have enough torque and higher speed and reach but that's assuming I can hang with such beasts.

Depends on how long I can rest between reps.
I don’t even bench
10 reps one year ago, now 8Then the dumbbell area started getting crowded with zoomes at my gym so I stopped doing flat dummbell presses, and since then my bench dropped really fastDidn't think it would correlate so strongly. I do dips, flies and everything else. And bench every chest session. Maybe my front shoulders are too weak now?
