I've been taking Retatrutide for ages now and I've wasted away to dyel proportions while maintaining exactly the same weight and body fat percentage.

I started weighing 80kg 16% body fat and 100kg bench squat and deadlift. I wanted to cut to 12% and maintain that leanness year round and I ended up losing everything.

My protocol
>0.5mg per week for 1 month
>1mg per week for 1.5 month
Dropped down to 70kg 12% bodyfat
>1.5mg for 2 months
lost 20kg off all lifts
>2mg for 2 months
max bench only 60kg now
>2.5mg for 2 months
had to transition to dumbbells
>3mg per week now for the last month
I'm 70kg 12% bodyfat and now benching 15kg dumbbells for 10 reps. I can't deadlift or squat more than 40kg and I have to use resistance bands to do pullups now.

I consume 200g protein per day and genuinely eat a healthy balanced diet of fish, chicken, vegetables and fruit. I'm clearly in a caloric maintenance as I haven't dropped bodyfat in months but my muscle has just melted off me and I lift less than the high schoolers at my gym now.

I thought I could just maintain a low bodyfat year round and still build or at least KEEP my muscle but it's basically all gone now.

Fuck greg doucette and his lying ass is on steroids it's completely impossible to be low bf% and maintain any muscle irrespective of protein intake

I can almost guarantee that you are nowhere near 12% bf, and your next action should be getting a blood test done to see what the hell you are deficient in (and dont start with the “saar i am eating a balanced diet saar” shit, what you are describing is not normal and indicates either severe deficiencies or absolute mental retardation. A guy who
has formerly benched 100kg wouldnt end up with a 10RM 15kg DB press even after 10 of water fasting.
To give you a perspective of how outrageous what you say is, I can strict lateral raise 15kg for 11 reps and I have never benched 2pl8s in my life (i dont bench ever but this is beyond the point)

I eat loads of carbs, I have a whole bowl of oats with 2 scoops of whey in the morning and then for lunch or dinner I have mashed potatoes or bread or something. I literally eat carbs with every meal. I'm also definitely not overtraining, I lift 4 days per week with one 'run' day in-between where I do a slow 5km at 10km/h. I haven't changed my training routine at all.

I'm not fatter than 12% but I don't have visible abs so I'm not less than 10%
I went from a 1rm of 100kg with working sets of like 80kg for 10 reps and then slowly just got weaker and couldn't lift the same weights anymore and now I currently do 15kg dumbbells.

You typically want a higher surplus just to be sure, and to lift a ton so that you regain strength during deload instead of week by week. If you lift 3x/wk while bulking you're an idiot. At least shorter sessions ao that you're fresh for next time.
