Even after doing a workout, taking magnesium glycinate + and passing out easily, i'm still waking up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep and having to push back my morning workouts. Does anyone have some sleep aids they usually take to combat this?

I have this problem too brother. You could have apnea, I'm waiting for a test. In the mean time, the biggest factors are
>temperature
Try everything, open/close window, blankets of different size etc
>caffeine intake
have you also tried a sleep mask or black out blinds/curtains? and earplugs, search for disposable sleep earplugs and get 50 pairs or whatever, I use the same pair for at least a week, so they last a while. Go to bed and get up at the same time. Another idea, keep a sleep diary
>bed time
>wake ups
>what you did that day, last caffeine dose, lifting, cardio etc
I hope things work out for you
