made a gym friend who gave me so many pointers on technique because i was dyel when i started. i kept coming in and got strong enough to spot him and he'd spot me when i'd go for pb's. then one day he tells me he's moving interstate for work but he'll come back eventually. this was 4 years ago. i really miss him
