>17g of protein per 100gOther /fit/ snacks?
Not complete protein is just empty calories that have little to no benefits.
Snacking between meals is for fatties.
>>77397673>533kcal per 100gramsYeah not these. You can eat a brick of cheese for the same amount of calories and get 53g of protein.

>>77397991It's not as effective as whole protein sources, you have to look up the protein profile of what you're eating and compensate for aminos you're short on.>>77398016Peanuts are TECHNICALLY a complete protein source, cause it has all 9 essential aminos present. But they're really low in methionine and cysteine. Compensate with grains. This is why PB&J is pretty good. However, it's important to remember that the amount of protein is still a piss poor amount compared to other snacks.
Roasted EdemamePer 30g(handful) - 120 cals, 13g protein, 5g fiber. Better than nuts in every way

>>77398029Your body won't use the 180g of protein for muscle, most of it gets oxidized into energy, reminder that a kilo of muscle in a month is MASSIVE gains and 80% of that is water, so you are really just adding 200 grs of protein to your muscle. Unless you are eating trve shit proteins like chickpea, 180 g of soi SHOULD supply the aminoacids you need and the abundance that signals your body to build muscle.
