is it healthy or unhealthy to eat you day's eatings during a few hours?i've been eating at 12 & 16 clock, at work and when i get home and don't get hungry at all, unlike when eating at even intervals.

Depends what you’re eating. Studies have shown that protein and fat in large quantities cause insulin spikes just like carb heavy meals. We’re not wolves or lions. We’re not supposed to be eating an entire deer in a single meal. And btw, literally all animals that do this have health problems from it. Lions get so bloated after a kill that they have to lay down and writhe around in discomfort for hours if not days. So even if we were meant to eat like predators it probably still wouldn’t be the healthiest thing to do. Furthermore, studies have also shown more problems arising from large late meals than early ones. Most of the benefits of intermittent fasting and OMAD for example are observed mainly in people eating early rather than later in the day. And lastly, it’s well documented that the larger the meal later in the day, the more it can harm your sleep.
