Have any of you ever fixed low energy levels? If so, what did you do? I'm asking for a friend ofc, as I have no problems with anything and am above average in all respects.
>>77397998Honestly the biggest help was locking in a sleep schedule and cutting down on stimulants. Go to sleep and get up at the same time every day including days off, keep caffeine low, and after about a month you feel completely different and more energized. In the short term carnivore actually did similar for me where I was bounding with energy. I could barely contain it. Ended up with deficiencies after about 3 months though so if I was gonna do it again I'd probably have some fruit and roughage like once or twice a week. Maybe pop a multivitamin/multimineral too each day
Strength training, getting enough sleep, and eating well made me feel like somewhat like a real person. Also creatine.
