>>77398056It depends on where you're starting.If you are obese, losing fat is most important. If you do no cardio at all/are sedentary, cardio is most important, and so on. It's a moot point because for almost everyone they're all interlinked, and are most easily addressed all at the same time. Go for a run a few times weekly, buy some broccoli, eat less processed foods, and everything about your health (especially your heart) will improve.
