What time of day do you work out? I've tried to do that in the morning a few times, but couldn't keep up.
>feel myself like shit before and after
>performance is ridiculously low
At the same time, the idea of morning training appeals to me as more practical and somehow mature.
>>
ideally a couple hours after eating the first of two large meals I will eat that day

Morning works best for me, I'm well rested and full of energy for the rest of the day after a workout. I always feel tired, lazy and sleepy after coming back from work, so evening is not nearly as optimal.
>>
>wake up at 9am
>get out of bed around 0930 (making sure to read any emails that come in as I'm "at work")
>have a Huel™
>do nothing for 2 hours
>go to gym for 2 hours
>come home and do at home exercises (tib bar etc)

How early do you wake up? Do you have any pre-workout routine?
>>

Preferably a few times a day and in no rush. You won't get good at anything in real life compared to anyone legit treating it like some bureaucrat dog person. This is real life not some given title.

ideally, after 1-3 meals in, you will get the best pump. if you are not taking pre, then fasted lifting will give you the best focus and clarity. otherwise, no meals = no filthy pump

Usually at 8-9, I have evening shifts.

7pm or 9pm
I have a home gym

I have also tried the morning lift and I felt weak for the 3X I did go. Get off work 4-5 gym is 2 min away just go then. My gym is small so theres only like 5-10 people when I go never had to wait for anything.

Skill issue. it’s literally this: >>77398246
For me:
>6:15 wake-up
>coffee
>7:00 gym
>8:30ish work starts
>>

I hate the feeling of a ticking clock
Sometimes you just gotta work out for 2.5 hours
>>

I wake up early probably around 11(ish) then catch some brunch(thanks mom) maybe play a little GTA then have a good workout before it’s time to pound whatever she cooked for my post lifting meal then it’s back to the computer or tv for my evening entertainment.
