how come my preacher just randomly dips so much? it has happened now around 3 times over an year and i cannot pinpoint the reason, maybe its something with the forearms. i'm pretty sure my form is always the same. last workout my preacher reps almost halved, yet my incline curls gained reps. i had rest days so its not some fatigue from last workout. never happens with any other exercise
