What do we think of kettlebell training? Do you complement your workouts with it? Have completely switched to it?

I trained religiously with them for 2 years and made absolutely 0 gains and saw 0 athletic improvement. Maybe if you do some kind of progressive overload program with them they’ll work, but nobody does that so they are a total waste of time.
