How accurate are TDEE calculators?Mine is telling me that based on my stats and how frequently i exercise, 2750 calories is a 250 calorie deficit (maintenance at 3000-3100) and ideal for muscle retention + slight cut with slow fat loss. Considering I only want to lose 1-2kg more this is appealing because I don't want my lifts and recovery to suffer due to lack of energy.
>>77398748To CICO is closed loop control. If you don't know what that is, you may be mentally retarded.
>>77398754ok im retardedcan you explain it to me like you would to a retard?
>>77398761Keep the way you track calories consistent (ie. accurate). Then no matter what number of calories you eat, add more or less depending on if you want to lose weight. And also weigh yourself every day or every other day at the same time... like when you wake up after you pee. Not losing fast enough, reduce calories, etc. The keep is consistent methods of weighting yourself and measuring calories. It's a feedback closed-loop control system.TDEE is just a general starting point. Don't take it as gospel.
