You should have correct shoulder blade posture before touching the weights and maintain it through the whole motion. Your wrists should naturally rotate with the dumbbells, and you shoulders should be kept between 45 and 70 degrees from your torso.

Isolation exercises like dumbbell flyes or a chest fly machine done before or after dumbbell chest press will tire out the chest specifically to make the chest muscles do more total work without shoulder fatigue being a limiting factor.

both too high and too low is just as important to get into growing pecs properly

the worst i see among beginners or people who deluded themselves with barbell/crosshit religions:
> poor balance between form and muscle connection
crutching, poor range of motion or not reaching necessary weight of resistance or excess reps/weight


should only start failing on reps because of an how excruciating a pump gets or out of a need to increase the weight, gradually.
I get it, theres a lot of ego to "lift heavy" but whats the point if youre not growing the proof of it to the naked eye?

close your eyes if you have to, feel it rather than completing more reps.
rather complete a productive rep over performative reps.
