Hey /fit/, please help me with some YouTube resources that teach nutrition and strength training that's not a grift or misinformation. I really wanna lose weight. I'm 6'5, 18, and 300 something lbs.Right now I'm eating homemade burgers & pizza rolls mainly. Wasted protein I could be using at the gym, I know. I have large fat deposits in my stomach and thighs but otherwise its spread mostly evenly across my body. I mainly sit on my ass all day on the computer. I've significantly reduced my ARFID to the point where I'm open to trying new foods but I hate tasteless and bland foods. My goal is to look aesthetic. That's the only tangible benefit I really care about, but I really should care about my health more instead of only caring about looks. I just hope you guys have some advice. Thanks.

>>77400075I lost 140lbs, here is what I would do1. 18 is a great age to start2. learn about calories, tdee calculators and what the basics of fats, protein and carbs do3. dont over think and over optimize a lifting routine, sign up for a gym and find a routine to do anywhere between 1-6x a week hyper fixating on optimizing wont help, slowly educating yourself while doing the boring work of making sure you get enough protein and are lifting is really a huge portion of it im not familiar with ARFID but I would suggest looking into working with a dietician or therapist before doing any major restrictive diets like keto etc
>>77400131Thank you! I'll probably aim for 4x a week hopefully. I tried to go to the gym with a routine once but all the machines were taken... I pussied out and left. I'll try to be more adamant next time.
learn how to fast. you can literally burn off fat as fast as possible if you supplement electrolytes and eat literally nothing.if you've never tried fasting first try it for 24 hours, then 36 hours, and eventually the sweet spot is ~3 days. with breaks inbetween obviously.
its over buddy boyo. at 300lbs your skin is stretched beyond redemption, if you lose the fat your belly skin will be hanging off your dick. you wont be able to look aesthetic the way you imagine.and fuck any faggot who will come here and tell me that i am being a hater, i am telling tittyboy the reality as it is
>>77400187i will even go a step further and say that whoever wants OP to fall for the false idea of ever being able to have a normal body is the actual hater. OP has caused irreparable damage to his body, there is no coming back from this
>>77400075> Right now I'm eating homemade burgers & pizza rolls mainly. Wasted protein I could be using at the gym, I know. also OP you are so fucking retarded mayne. if you have the mindset of “saar i need to fuel my body with protein so imma have this pizza roll” you will never lise the fat (not that it matters anyway as we already said). the pizza roll is a fat source, not even a carb source and mist definitely not a protein source you retarded fucking faggot. you wont have to deal with loose skin because you will never manage to lose the fat
>>77400187>>77400195He's 6'5. 300lbs is nothing for such a man. Maybe if he were 5'7 like you guys it would be bad but at that height pffft.
>>77400207i am the guy you replied to and i am 6’2” barefoot at night and at my heaviest had been 110kg and even then i was getting called fat, the difference between me and OP is that I had significant musculature under the fat that heavily impacted the number on the scale. OP is above 136kg and completely untrained, he has no muscle all of his weight is purely FAT. You are completely delusional and out of your mind if you legit believe that his skin hasnt been stretched beyond any redemption
>>77400184I've heard my father talk about having a fasting window and OMAD. I've tried OMAD a couple times. I'll check it out.>>77400187Sure but I could do body recomp with fasting, HIIT, and regular walking. Since my fat is more dispersed across my body and I'm 18 I won't get as much as a belly apron and my collagen production means skin tightening becomes very easy for me. I'm not some 65 year old 500lbs retard doing this shit.>>77400205It does matter, faggot. I'm not exactly the best at nutrition (no shit) but I do know I need to change. This fatalistic NGMI mindset is retarded and doesn't do anyone any favors. Anyone can learn about nutrition and anyone can make it. Just because I'm a fatass doesn't mean I can't put my mind and body to work. It just means I haven't done it yet.
>>77400086>>77400097>>77400112Fucking retard
>>77400075>but I hate tasteless and bland foods. No such thing. Your tastebuds were just nuked from all the goyslop you slurped up.How about you stop being a retard, eat like a normal person, eat less (you're fat), move more and build some muscle at the gym. Wild concept, I know
>>77400220OP if you ever actually manage to lose the fat, and i hope you do despite giving you tough love but i am also highly aware of the fact that it is over for you because you caused irreversible damage to your body because of your gluttony and i despise you for this, i want you to remember this image when you are looking at your body in the mirror and seeing your belly skin hanging off your dick. No amount of nutrition, HIIT, fasting, collagen copium is going to change reality
>>77400220and you are so infuriatingly retarded, talking about some “body recomp” while being 300lbs of pure fat. Stop watching goyslop videos from kike fitness influencers like coach greg and jeff nipples. If you want to waste your time consuming content, at least go on tiktok and watch TNF and Keenan, because at least then you will get actually good lifting and nutrition advice instead of retarded clickbait bullshit. But once again allat dont matter because itsO V E R VER
>>77400229Let's see in 2 years. I'll even call myself "bellyhangingonmydick" in the fatty contest, and we'll see if I have a belly hanging on my dick by that time. Thank you for the advice.
>>77400220not omad. absolutely nothing. dont be a pussyyou wont die if you supplement hydration. you have calories in excess on your body. there was an EXTREMELY obese person who fasted for like 300 days straight
OP, do not listen to these guys lol>>77400215>>77400229300lbs at 6'5 will not give you irreversible loose skin. I was 300lbs at 5'10 and dont have it. It's genetics but losing it correctly and giving yourself time will be more than enough.
>>77400252post body faggot
>>77400229>Loose skin at 6’5”, 300lbsRetard.picrel>Left>6’1”>Like 280lbs>Right>No loose skin, no surgery.
>>77400285Goggins was a powerlifter you retarded fucking faggot JFL, you compare a guy that was powerlifting to an untrained 300lbs+ slob and you think these two people’s situation is in any way comparable?
>>77400285In Goggins own words (not verbatim because i dont remember them exactly) “admittedly, i was a beast, but all i was doing is i was creating a bigger, stronger, harder quitter” he was an obese powerlifter, there’s a significant difference between him and tittyboy OP, who has NO musculature and ALL of his weight comes from fat
>>77400298anon most people dont really get huge amounts of loose skinthey get small amounts that shrink overtime and fill out with muscle idk why youre blackpilling
>>77400325Most people aren't 300lbs fatties
>>77400292Shredded Goggins is like 190-200lbs you fucking retard. So powershitter Goggins was still carrying like 90lbs of lard even with his muscle. And he had effectively zero saggy skin after losing it all (rapidly). So no, your sexual fantasy of OP having an apron of skin isn’t reality. At most, OP might have a little tummy sag that likely will tighten on its own.
>>77400220Count your calories and just stay under like 2400 calories until you plateau then lower the amount it's so easy just never give up you may need to reset 100 times to break really tough habits
>>774001824x a week is greatthe basics are that your body has major muscle groups most people break down like>biceps>back>shoulders>triceps>chest>legs (also known as glutes, hamstrings and quads)most lifting routines will just differ how many of those you hit in one session, the basics are you have a muscle, you work it out, then you give it protein to grow. in order to stimulate the muscle you need good form and to do something called progressive overload which means doing more than you did last time to make the muscle have a signal to grow. working out hard is the start of the growth but rest and protein actually grow it. 1x a week can even work fine as a full body workout and even going 6x a week doesnt make it necessarily better. as you learn your body more and more over the years, youll be able to tell when a muscle is fairly recovered or too fatigued to train. dont make the mistake of always training or thinking more is better, too much and you just wont recover and grow the muscle. this is where experience, trying out workouts etc come to help.the good news is almost any routine at the start is good, 4 days is likely an upper lower split. muscles recover within 72 hours or so of lifting but this depends on muscle size and genetics etc, i personally take a lot longer tldr: lifting is a marathon not a sprint, the specifics of the routine dont matter as much as making sure you have effectively worked out your muscles. routines do have an influence on what you bias, famously starting strength biases legs a lot so people dont like it as much BUT choose pretty much anything outside of hyper advanced or specific routines
>>77400325>why are Indians and/or Israelis blackpilling on my Indian-Israeli blackpill forum?
>Shilling CICO in the big 26OP doesn’t stand a chance in this place
