>>77403330I guess the conscious thought of "I worked way too hard to piss all my gains away having fun" helped a lot and I never really progressed past the stage of weekend warrior in the first place. Staying awake for even 2 days weekly tho starts to take a toll tho and much of the time I wasn't even having that much fun anymore. I'd also been thinking about my mindset and how I felt before I started and how I missed it so I found it relatively easy to put it down.

When you squeeze the balloon of addiction it bulges out in other places. Let this happen so if you have a coke problem replace it with maybe booze for a few weeks then when you're completely detoxed off the coke start to cut back on the booze or whatever you replaced it with.Personally I love to drink but have never developed a problem with it. I drink once or twice a week currently.
