People with straight neck/tech neck, are you symptomatic? I feel a dull pain at the base of my neck that gives me vertigo. I've had a brain mri as well as my ears looked at, everything was normal. The only thing that stands out is that I have a very straight cervical spine. Can a chiropractor help?

I have military/straight neck with some herniated cervical discs. The neck pain isn’t even the bad part. I’m still trying to resolve some blurred vision and balance issues. So far pt seems to be working slowly. Best thing has been supine head lifts, kind of a modified chin tuck to build the deep neck flexors. Want to know if anyone has any better recommendations to get it fixed though.
