use case instead of walking/running normally?
>>
>>77407726
incline treadmill walking is an excellent, low-impact exercise. It drastically increases your calorie burn, elevates your heart rate, and builds strength in your glutes, hamstrings, and calves—all while putting significantly less stress on your knees and joints compared to running
>>

Helps elongate the hamstrings and back of the leg tendons which are usually tight in sedentary people and assuming they don't go crazy with it at first. Also might bring up tibialis a bit which is hard to exercise on its own.

Anything about calories -> eat less fatty
Anything about cardio -> move more fatty

Just deleting that would have made it 95% more believable that this was actually your own thought. No one uses that shit.
