How’s your sleep routine /fit/?Last night I got 5 hours and today I feel like shit, I can’t clear brain fog and I can’t go back to sleep either.I feel groggy like I’m tired but awake Hopefully you guys slept better then me
I’m wondering if i should even drink caffeine today or just call it a washI doubt it’s going to clear brain fog
I haven't purchased a new mattress in over 13 years, and I'm seriously thinking I should probably do that. I (think) enjoy 10/10 firm mattresses, and mine is still, well, 7/10, but...Anyway, while I got to bed around midnight and wake up around 8:30, I probably only get about 6 hours of sleep a night, and I wake up A LOT (maybe 9 times a night).

It's not half bad. I'm in bed by around 9 30 pm, and up by about 4:30ish. My son is almost 6 months, and he needs to be feed and for his bottom to be cleaned for his night time pisscapades. I have shit to do, so I just stay up after that, get to the gym, and then back home for work. so like 7 hours. I have started sleeping with my phone in my home office, and fuck, that has made a huge difference. Almost assuredly the best thing I've ever done for my sleep.
>>77408498I refused to take a nap today and I'm so excited for my head to just smash into the pillow tonight
i sleep on a 4'x7' piece of plywood
Ahhh, almost time for snooze…
>>77408498Awful, wife insists on staying up till midnight and I get up at 6:15.If I go to sleep at 10, like would be healthy, she wakes me making as much noise as she can every time.
