How is this routine, lifting each 5 days?
Deadlift one heavy set of 6 or more reps, adding 5 kg when I can do 10 reps
Same with strict press but adding 2.5 kg when 10 reps is reached
Then leg press high reps 5 sets
Dips and pullups 5 sets

So it's like this each 5 days:
Deadlift 1 x 6+
Strict Press 1 x 6 +
Leg Press 5 x 10+
Dips 5 sets
Pullups 5 sets

I think I may just do it once per week instead of every 5 days, I will see how it goes. Reason I don't squat is because of my femur length makes it a shitty exercise for me
Trying to reach a 260 kg deadlift and 90 kg strict press this year. My current best lifts are 240 kg deadlift and 80 kg strict press, but I probably have the strength for 250 kg deadlift at the moment, I'm just doing reps for now to build more strength.

Here is my 240 kg deadlift from earlier this year

And the 250 kg failed attempt from earlier this year

180 kg for 8 reps was my last deadlift session

I think I am easily able to deadlift 250 kg at the moment, but I will continue building with reps for a while.

Alright sorry for spamming the board guys i have no friends lmao

this seems very taxing on the cns
why press right after diddlies?
Why not lift twice a week and do 4 exercises; one day can be focused on diddlies and the other on the press?

I seem to be very bad at higher rep training. Most people who can deadlift what I can, can do much more reps with 180 kg then 8
>>
>>77408896
Yeah that seems to make more sense
I will split it up in 2 days.

Alright I decided on this upper lower split.
I just gotta stick to something and stop changing routines ffs.

My final epic routine.
>>
>>77408928
I'd probably just do 2x/week:

A
>Deadlift
>Barbell Row
>Leg Press

B
>Strict Press
>Dumbbell Bench
>Weighted Chin Up
>>
>>77409001
My routine seems to be over 9000. Confirmed by god. Yippee
>>
>>77409002
That seems good as well
Only thing is I can't do any more barbell rows after a difficult set of deadlifts
>>
>>77409002
>row after deadlift
Dumb
It should be like this

Squat
Bench
Row

Deadlift
Ohp
Chinup

This routine has 1 leg movement 1 push and 1 pull

I can handle it just fine, it makes perfect sense to pair the hinges together in the same day. Why can't you do them on the same day? Rows will need a lot less weight than deadlift.
