There is no excuse for not being flexible. It takes no money. No equipment. No special knowledge. Just do it.
>>

What’s the benefit, as a man, of being able to do the splits
>>
>>77420241
Probably some kick but then they're fucked
>>
>>77420241
There’s no benefit to any one stretch specifically but you never know when you’ll need a body part to be flexible or if you’ve avoided a terrible injury that you’ll never know about because you kept a body part flexible. They’re sorta like vaccines for injuries.

What is the benefit of being inflexible? Burden of proof is on you. But if you want some practical advice
>Reduces hip-pain when you're older
>Reduces loss of mobility
>If trained properly, can make you feel agile well into your late 50s
>Reduces tightness/pain
Alot of it is preventative. But you have to work for it. Not wanting to do it is just laziness. There's literally only benefits to flexibility.
>>
While it sounds easy on paper, I must be doing something completely wrong. I'm doing a complete mobility routine, sometimes an hour, three times a week. I guess it's nice that I'm relatively pain free, but... The only "skill" I can show for it is the fact I can now touch my toes with relatively straight legs and that's it. I cannot fathom how can someone palm the floor or do a perfect butterfly or have the "nerd neck" fixed.
>>
How do I balance yoga/flexibility with lifting 3-5x a week?
>>
Fuck flexibility, fuck the 90's bullshit about stretching all the time. I don't want overly loose joints anyway.

Do a warmup of whatever exercise your doing instead. Start your run with a slow jog and start your lifts with an easy set instead.

Its genetics mostly, I can almost touch
knuckles to floor strait knee and I stopped stretching 20 years ago

>Fuck strength, fuck the 00's bullshit about lifting all the time, I don't want giant ass muscles anyway.
This is what you sound like. Retarded.
>>
>no special knowledge
Then how come I need to look up what mobility exercises I need for shoulder health
>>
>>77420435
Why would I want overly long ligaments and tendons?
Enjoy your dislocations.

Dude's angle frauding and has rolled forward on his pelvis so he put out the welcome mat, so to speak. I mean, it's a stretch, true, but that's the best he's going to get because he's a man. He doesn't have a wide q-angle, has worse joint flexibility than almost every woman, and his pelvis is bone-bone at the bottom, not bone-cartilage-bone. Also, that's Rogan as a younger man. I doubt he can do that now, especially since he's all doughy with HGH gut. Don't do drugs, kids.

joe rogan is like 60 years old and still in that phase where you think striking silly faces for a picture is comedy
god damn

Shit gets dislocated due to a lack of strength. Flexibility is end-range strength. It's like you are choosing to be weaker.
>>

Cross Lotus allows you to unlock ki and become super human, but only with certain knowledge. I'm working towards it. I've discovered treating flexibility like strength training by doing it in reps with plates added has done more for me than any gay yoga classes, despite my big 3 lifts being around the 500s
>>
I can't even sit cross legged without exploding my knees and back and then my legs going numb. There's no hope for me

Being able to land headkicks without having to stretch beforehand
>>
>>77420214
I've seen a few articles that Zoomers have all kinds of aches and pains. Seems too young when they probably don't even work.

Just use your squatting muscles to jump and knee them in the head.

Chode Rogaine is weak and looks like shit, reminder. He also claims to not be bald, but says he just chooses to shave his head. pic unrelated

fwiw I prefer old photos of myself where I made silly faces
>>
>>77420214
the excuse is that stretching is retarded and ineffective. i went from being unable to hit depth on squats without buttwink (all while stretching) to being able to go atg because i did ukrainian deadlifts for 2 workouts.
