No cavity is reversible, no matter how small, anyone who tells you different wants to sell you something or doesn't know what he's talking about.
At best the superficial ones can be arrested (stopped from getting worse) if you practice good oral hygiene, but lost tooth does not come back, that's not how remineralization works.

No weirdly it's one of the few permanent molecules in your body. You know how people say every whatever amount of years every molecule in your body has been replace not in teeth. Teeth don't heal or grow because they're mostly dead. They can grow inside your jaw like the 1/10 of people who grow replacement wisdom teeth but they don't once they're outside.
