I need some cheap meal/snack prep ideas that'll help me with my goal macros. I'm asking here instead of /ck/ since I think you guys' experience would be a little better.108.5-155g Protein55g Fat145g CarbsThey don't have to be exact, I'm not really autistic about that. I'm not very picky with my food at all, but I do have a few guidelines>No Eggs>No Rice>No mixing yogurt with tuna>Nothing that involves cuttingI'm looking to have maybe 2 meals to cycle through and some snack suggestions that are cheap. Thanks a bunch for the ideas.
>>77421490Just make food that is conducive to larger batches
>>77421498Yes, that is the point of meal prepping. But I need ideas for those. Along with snacks I can buy/make that I can use to help hit my target macros.
>>77421490>>No Eggs>>No Rice>>No mixing yogurt with tuna>>Nothing that involves cuttingjust eat whatever your mother makes
>>77421581My mother doesn’t cook. Also I should’ve specified by no cutting I was referring to knives.
>>77421595believe or not, we understood the cutting part. why this is a requirement, for now we can only speculate
>>77421595Just twinkmaxx until you find a boyfriend that will use knives so you don't have to.
>>77421549Are you on a budget?
>>77421597I was just making sure as I realized it could be misinterpreted.>>77421682I have no issue with knives personally. Just not allowed to use them anymore.>>77421734No, I just don't want to spend a lot of money. I'd be satisfied with no more than $5 per meal.
>>77421490Peanut butter sandwich (2tbsp peanut butter, 2 slices bread) for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch (1 can tuna, 2 slices bread), 4 chicken tendies and a bag of broccoli for dinner should put you there.
This is decent but too many carbs and fat, without enough protein or calories. If you could somehow lower the carbs and fat, and increase the calories and protein a bit that'd be amazing. >>77421498>>77421581>>77421597>>77421682As for you guys (I might've mentioned 1 of you twice) do you guys not eat food? I'm sure you could've spared at least one meal you eat. I'd assume on a board like this, you guys aren't just lard asses feasting on mcdonald's, soda, and hostess cakes all day.
