I started to work out 4 times every week following standardized routines while eating healthy and went from 96kg (211lbs) to 77kg (169kbs). It was so good to lose fat and not get saggy skin but get a toned body instead. I was really happy with it until I just stagnated. I don't know what happened, but now my weight fluctuates between 77kg (169lbs) and 80kg (176 lbs) without much change in the size of arms, legs, belly, chest, etc.
My goal right now is to get a flat stomach and bigger muscles, especially back, legs, and arms.
I explained this situation to the gym staff, and they told me to wait until the end of next month when they would give the next routine, but then I would stay stagnated for 4 months, and I feel I'm wasting some precious time.
I went down a search/algorithm/fyp/AI/watch next rabbit hole of online fitness, and I saw everything, from posts recommending lifting heavier and sprinting to videos saying more reps and challenges (like the picture) would be the necessary shock the body needs.
I'm completely lost. What to do?
I'm torn between adding something like 10 minutes of daily skipping rope or a 3000-chin-up-a-month challenge to see the changes I want.

Kinda impossible to tell without more information.

>have you read the sticky?
Yes, one of the reasons I decided to create the thread is because of the sticky about diet. I believe it's one of the reasons why I lost weight.
I'm now going into more niche stuff and sort of worried. Something like doing more cardio, but every day, or exercising (100 chin-ups a day) and the possibility of injuries since I'm not that strong.
I would like to know if its a dumb idea.

>what routine do you follow? and which exercises?
I can only post tomorrow because I don't know it by heart and my gym still uses printed sheets. But it's back and biceps Monday, chest and triceps Tuesday, legs and shoulders Wednesday, cardio and pilates Thursday. All exercises 4x15. Cardio is 30s fast and 2 minutes slow, 10-15 minutes each.
>what does your diet look like?
I don't count macros or anything I just cut the shit from my diet and started to eat more protein and vegetables a few weeks before I started to work out.
>how much do you sleep / how much rest do you get?
Recently (like, 3 weeks ago), I started to have sleeping problems and I don't know why, but I'm sleeping like only 5-7 hours almost every night.
