will walking 3 hours a day make my legs stronger?
Where do you have the time to walk 3 hours a day?
>>77423384That’s illegal in the US
just walk to your work or something
>>77423390walk to/from work and to relax
>>77423390That’s not too far fetched really hour and a half in the morning hour and a half in the evening. Most people screen time on their phone is 4.5-6 hours a day on average, they could walk and doom scroll really. Only person who would struggle with 3 hours a day walking is someone working 12+ hour days but it could easily fit into a day in which you worked 8 hours. Working nights would make this miserable anyway you slice it especially if you had a family to try to spend time with
>>77423390Not your problem
>>77423403I walk 30 minutes to work each way and that feels like the limit. Anything more would be absurd
>>77423384why wouldn't using your legs daily not make them stronger?
>>77423384Only if you use stairs or walk uphill/cross country for a bit. In other words: Anything but a straight plain.t. tried it
Take care not to fuck up your knees like I did. Start easy and work up instead of doing one long-ass trip all of a sudden.
It'll make your legs accustomed to walking 3 hours a day.
>>77423413Yeah it is if you're gonna be in the way of my car you absolute pedestrian
>>774233901.5 hours to work. 1.5 hours to home.
>>77423384I worked a few years as a postman doing about 6 miles per day. My endurance went way up more than strength. I could easily run a sub 20 5k without much running training.
>>77423493>walking >fuck up your knees The state of fucking burgers
