Ok /fit/ this keeps me up at night... isn't this level of abs development pre-herniatic? I felt a small tear in my upper ab when I was on a carb load bloat, the pain went away and I haven't loaded again to that bloat extent, and then I look at this cat, and I'm concerned he's going the path of Phil Heath, who completely blew out his belly.
I was involved in Amateur body building a few years ago and I still lift.99.99% probability he roids / sarms etc.
>>77423574>99.99% probability he roidsWhy?
>>77423820not the poster but when you reach anything bellow 10% which is the threshold for absolutely veiny and ripped look, you only really look like that first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anythingonce any amount of food or liquid hits your stomach you get slightly bloated. you won't look bad but you won't look as good as when you woke upthe only way to have that level of definition day long, especially with abs, is by building more muscle and there is a biological limit to how much muscle you can build as a natty, once you're near max you'll see extremely diminishing returns or even muscle lossroids help push past those limitssome people will have the subcutaneous fat in their stomach lipoed out to have it even more defined
>>77423559Not actually, below 9% bf you could be risking yourself. But at at "normal" 12% it depends on how you brace, breath and muscular development.
>>77423559Not my body. Couldn't care if herniates his rectum either.
>>77423559Im new to this and retarded. How is him having visible abs a hernia risk?
