>be me>finally curling 60lb dumbells for a few reps>tendon in my right forearm gets fucked up>take 3 months off curling>finally back>doing much lighter weights (35's) for less reps and sets than I was previously>now tendon in my left forearm is sore af and I havnt done any lifting in 3 daysSeriously wtf?I can understand that previously I might have been pushing too hard too fast, but now I'm getting fucked again with bitch weights.

>>77426496Tendons take SUBSTANTIALLY longer to get stronger than muscles. It can seem counter intuitive to life the same weights even after your muscles are ready for more, but you need to to give your tendons time to catch up.
>>77426496Work primarily in the 8-12 range it's where tendons tend to fortify themselves best in response to training. Warm up even lighter like 15 rep weight.
Hate tendons. They're the women of muscles. Always complaining over the lightest work. Try to make you fat.
>>77426496I will write everything down, from most impactful to least impactful. I have an in depth explanation for each step and supplement suggestion but I will not go in depth because I am lazy, go ask Chatgpt why I wrote each in relation to tendon healing. Stop smoking cigarettes or tobaccoStop drinking alcoholGet 8+ hours of sleep a dayGlycine (10 to 20 grams daily)MSM (5 grams daily)NAC (600 mg daily)Chaga mushroom (4 pills 00 size daily)High dose vitamin C (2 pills of 500 mg daily, one in morning, one at night, space them out)Bone mealBone brothBone gelatine (any or all works, as long as its diy made from locally sourced bones from butcher)Red light therapy strap for ligaments (knee braces, elbows or shoulder straps. Cheap on chinese seller websites)Sauna (promoting bloodflow to the area)If you want to go extra mile and inject yourself:GHK-cu (5mg daily)BPC-157 (500ug daily)TB-500 (500ug daily)KPV (500ug daily)Or just buy KLOW (GHK+BPC+TB+KPV blend premade)DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT follow the RICE method (rest, ice, compression, elevation). It does nothing but elongate the period of healing and slow it down. It also can make the damage bigger. Light cardio is better than rest, it promotes bloodflow, even if its just little cycling on stationary bike your forearm will get more bloodflow. Ice restricts blood flow and also shortens already stressed and damaged tendons, ie making the damage bigger. Compression restricts blood flow. Elevation restricts blood flow. Modern medicine goes against RICE. Do not follow it.

I have developed some soreness in my wrists, it gets painful from ulnar deviation and also combined with slight flexion, pain in near flexor carpi radialis tendon but might not be specific ON that tendon. How to fix? Have lifted rehab weights for 3 months now, loading fingertips seems to also be a trigger for it.

>>77427576Asked gpt it said "no" the mechanotransduction is essentially the same as lifting in that it responds to the same combination of load and volume. TUT isn't irrelevant but it is clearly not the only thing that matters.Stupid bot > (you)
>>77426496Fun fact, there is a antibiotic called cipro that makes your tendons rupture if you try to exercise up to 6 months after taking it. Considering they probably tested this on the general population that does 0 exercise it probably permanently damages your tendons. Tell your doc your peepee is burning and you'll have it prescribed to you within 30 seconds.
to bad they dont have a PED that grows tendon tissue they way roids grow muscle

>>77426496Recovering a muscle takes less time and has less or no necessary rehab work. If you tweaked your shoulder or it is just in pain it will always take longer than muscle and is harder to fix.
>>77426541>They're the women of muscles.kek, thanks for that laugh. Have a (you)
>>77426496>How the fuck do you strengthen tendons? In some ways you can't choose to have particularly strong tendons because of how genetics and long term development determine that.>now I'm getting fucked again with bitch weights.Avoid jerky movements and strengthen tendons with slow movements or static holds. Even if the weight is light, if you jerk it then you are massively multiplying the force. Muscles and tendons both do just fine with very slow reps. Also collagen in the diet does boost collagen synthesis and remodeling which speeds up tendon adaptation.
>>77432933Thanks anon.
>>77426496Tendons respond really well to isometric tension. There was a study done that they achieve peak growth stimulus after 10-15 seconds of 80-90% of maximum load and then they don't respond for another 6 hours. If you're serious about training tendons, you can take a small break from lifting weights as often and just do two sets of 10-15 second holds in the weak lift at the bottom or mid range of the movement, twice a day 6-8 hours apart.tl;drtendons respond to constant tension, and the growth response occurs once every 6 or so hours. so do 2 sets of 10-15 second holds twice a day.
i just kinda thug it out and it goes away after a while. if that doesn't work then i just quit until it gets better (this always works).
>>77430956You know this fag is a real doctor since he just peddles pills like a fucking kike, while not even mentioning the actual number 1 most important thing. You have to load the tissue you fucking retard. Op has the forearms of a woman if he snapped his forearm with curls. Op this is how you actually get better and stay better; train all the muscles in your forearm, especially those that are weak. Your injury might hurt at the start, that is fine but dont push it too hard. Discomfort is ok, actual pain isnt. Also stretch every muscle in the forearm and your biceps, if the flexibility is fine this isnt that important but there is a good chance your injury caused abnormal tightness. Tendons respond really well to isometrics, so you could also implement these in your training. Training the muscles is still very important so it shouldnt all be static work. Once your forearm muscles are strong you can relax the super specific training and just do regular training, just make sure they dont weaken again. Op if you dont train your forearms this problem will stay 95% of the time. >>77432097Problems in the knees are 99% of the time problems in either the hips or the ankles(or a combo). Look up some tests to see if you have any glaring weaknesses or severe tightness in the hipmuscles and if your ankles are stable. Train your hipmuscles separately for a while, like the openpussy and the rapedefense machine and hipthrusts. Your best bet is to go to a physio so he can check weaknesses and you can just make a program to fix them(most physios are absolute retards when it comes to strenghttraining so take their advise and giga pussy old granny exercises with a grain of salt.
