you can genuinely reach peak aesthetics (in the eyes of a female) with just these exercises if you're lean-pilled. though you might also want to add in hanging leg raises for abs. faggots on this board will disagree and say you need to be huge though.
>>
>>77431931
Sure, but these need to be weighted
Not even calisthenics guys think you can look good just spamming pull-ups. They have to increase the load by doing shit like muscle-ups, etc.
If OP means that you use weight for these exercises (e.g. weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, and barbell squats), then I agree.
>>
>>77431937
>Sure, but these need to be weighted
If your goal is an otter mode swimmer body, then you can pull it off with simple calisthenics
>inb4 swimmers need to add weights too

NTA
>>
>>77431937
nope, you can genuinely look great just doing pull ups and dips unweighted if you are lean. low bf% makes you look far more muscular than you actually are. you probably wouldnt know because you've never had the discipline to actually achieve low bf%.
>>
>>77431937
you're wrong
unless you're belting out 30+ pullups in a row you're getting plenty of stimulus, even then in endurance range you will see some growth.
the problem with op's picrel is it needs some kind of handstand pushup for lateral delts
>>
>>77431937
high rep dips and chins can do a ton unweighted, but you are correct about squats and other lower body movements. your legs are already used to you bodyweight
>>
>>77432023
so you should just do one legged squats
>>
>>77432032
I've never heard of someone getting strong off one legged squats. Not saying it can't be done, but it's very hard to get started and annoying to progress. Most people are actually strong enough to pistol but lack the balance to do it, so it's just not as effective. And hitting glues and hamstrings meaningfully with calisthenics is even harder, there's nothing like a deadlift at all and leg curl-esque movements (which don't even hit in the same way as a DL) are extremely hard to get started.
Meanwhile barbells are awesome for lower body, you can load them to as little as +0.25lbs so keeping progress up is simple. Beginners need simple.
>>
>>77432032
I hate when people suggest this. RUN. You are meant to RUN. Sprint, jump, do hill repeats, jump uphill on one foot repeatedly. Use bleechers if you don't have a hill. Running is lower body calisthenics. Running, jumping, push ups, dips, inverted rows, chins should be the cornerstone of everyone's fitness. They're movements everyone should be able to do. Go to a park and you can likely do all of this for free. If you're creative you can probably do it anywhere... probably.
>>
>>77432023
i live in a hilly area and just running/cycling/walking is enough leg development for me. if you're going for a bodybuilder physique sure, you will look disproportionate if you dont train legs, but if you're lean-pilled/ottermode cardio is enough to train your legs.
>>
>>77432063
You won't get bodybuilder huge on unweighted calisthenics of any sort, but you won't get strong in a real way by lifting weights like a bodybuilder, these days they can't run for shit, it's pathetic. Athleticism wins.
>>
>>77432066
>You won't get bodybuilder huge on unweighted calisthenics of any sort
yeah thats my point. if you're just going for a lean physique (which is the most attractive to women anyway) with unweighted calisthenics then you dont need to worry about leg exercises (like 1 legged squats) at all if you just do cardio.

It’s ok but you won’t get much bigger than this
>>
>>77432095

I'm probably just weak af but my max push-ups is about the same as my max dips (15 to 18), so going from 2x to 3x sounds pretty wrong
>>
>>77431931
Bodyweight squats are just totally worthless.

For you
>>
>>77432032
My legs are small and I can do over 100 regular bodyweight squats in one go and the only thing preventing me from reaching 200 is the insane pain on my legs and lungs not the actual muscle reaching a high degree of activity.
One legged squats are still way too easy, I can do 40 in one go and requires a high degree of coordination which takes time, and then your limiting factor will be your cardiovascular system anyway, I can squat 2x bw for reps without any training so it is no surprise.

The only way to train the lower body muscles with nothing but bodyweight is with maximal voluntary isometric contractions.
>>
>>77431924
Sure but there's lots of other lower body bw exercises. Get your range of motion and stretching in.
>>
>>77431924
Idk I think having a ridiculous void between your shoulder blades is a bad look

Nice meme

I do, yes.

Bro you need a huge fat muscle ass and massive juicy pecs if you want to be noticed by women, trust me
>>
>>77431955
low bf will make you more muscular too due to higher test levels
>>
>>77432449
pull ups actually work the abs
far grip pull ups forearms
sternum pull ups
throw in some push ups
neck training is for queers and faggots nob bobbing homo
>>
>>77431924
If I were to do this for a few weeks I'd mostly want more shoulders so like some handstand pushups and delt flies, some inverted rows (archer variant if too light) vertical jumps makeshift back extensions abs and arms. It'd be most useful just to do the first few most of the time unless you feel like doing extra to possibly less effect because of lower intensity and workikg weight.
>>
>>77431924
>No overhead pressing
>No core (pull ups do NOT work core enough)
>No horizontal pulling (very important for back strength and aesthetics)
4/10 routine
>>
>>77431924
drop the squats for inverted rows, add lateral raises - and you have my minimalist routine.

the only lower body training i do is penis enlargement (stretching / jelqing routine)

This
I do pistol squats, and even my DYEL family notes how small my lower body is compared to my upper body.

I personally like lunges a little more simce you can adjust the movement to get goood glute activation.
