Its visibly sticking out in my case. But its not "bouncy" if i push downwards.

I ruptured a ligament a few years ago and it's been like this ever since. Always feels tingly when I work out. I think it probably affects every exercise but I just try to ignore it. Doctors are useless.

I had some shoulder injury which I don't even know how it happened, but for about 6 months I couldn't do most shoulder or chest movements in the gym. After reading about the benefits to forearms and potential to fix some shoulder injuries, I started doing deadhangs regularly. A few weeks later and that injury was gone. I think it is also helpful to ease back into shoulder and chest movements with relatively light weight for a while, and to build up stabilizers like rotator cuffs

I had a grade II doing judo 10 years ago, i couldn't lift the arm foe 3 days, i had to keep the arm still for 20 days more or less then i did rehab. You don't have to do anything, surgery is only for grade III if you have symptoms. Go to a doctor, retard.

This, do deadhangs consistently. Also most people are "push" dominant, so likely need to strengthen your back and scapular retraction and shit like that too to balance the shoulder joint out.

Deadhangs do nothing for me, they make it worse if anything.

I just went to the doc and she told me the protruding shoulder was "normal" becasue no one is smymetrical. Have to xray this shit next week. Then physical therapy.

Reduced my weights to absolute minimun. Basically empty barbell. Fucking hell.

Deadhangs as long as possible (over 1 minute ideally) and external rotations. Look up Bob and Brad on YouTube or kneesovertoesguy for shoulder pain

9 years of subacromial impingement pain from an OHP injury fixed in 2 years after starting regular calisthenics workout routine with pull focus and active deadhangs
>>

I don't know, it's just a bunch of random shit in there. I just kind of fuck with it and make it move in uncomfortable ways while continuing to lift. Eventually it goes away.
>>

The easiest rehab that does help significantly is to just reduce the weight to insanely low amounts until it's smoothed out unless you basically ripped your shit off although there is shoulder reconstruction surgeries idk if you'd wanna put a lot of weight on that though lol.

I dont have 2 years, nigger.
>>
>>77432106
What do you call this injury?
>>77432107
What grade would op be then? It's way fucking past grade III
>>
>>77432106
i unironically fixed my shoulder with ai
i told it exactly which movements where painful and when i felt a crack or anything
3x15 of external rotation and my shoulder IMMEDIATELY felt better in every pushing movement
i kept doing it while stretching my pecs, delts and from time to time the posterior capsule and now my shoulder feels so good its incredible
this shit has been bothering me for like 13 years
>>
>>77436673
Well, atleast post the fuckign exercises then.
>>
>>77436762
anything that trains external rotation will work
i do it on a cable machine
for pecs and delts i do some basic doorway stretches and to stretch the posteroir capsule i lay on the affected side and streth my arm perpendicular to my body
then i fold my elbow 90° down so that my hand points to my feet and i apply light downward pressure to the floor on my forearm
>>
>>77432106
You don't. Once your AC joint is unstable it stays unstable unless you repair the ligament that keeps it in place
>>
>>77436075
don't give advice if you are retarded.
>>77432482
deadhangs will separate the acromial clavicular joint more. There is nothing you can do if the ligament is torn. It will not repair itself. Avoid planks, dips or any exercises that place shear forces on the AC.
