My 6 year old loves jumping on trampolines. He really loves when I jump with him. More than anything in the world I want to keep doing this. However, hour long jumping sessions every Saturday and Sunday for 6 weeks now have me experiencing patellar tendinitis. I need a stack to help me get stronger tendons. I already have some tendon strengthening/rehab shit to do but will take suggestions for it anyways. But mostly I need shit to ingest to help me get strong. Please just pills and powders I can get at Amazon or GNC. I cannot pin shit and I dont want to do cortisone shots just yet. It just started flaring up so no need to get crazy yet. Thanks anons. My kid also says thanks (yes I am raising him to be racist).
>>77432486Maybe you need to just chillout a week or two on the jumpy jumpy
>>77432493I did and it came back but thank you.
>>77432486Look up Jake Tuura's protocol it healed my patellar tendon
>>77432486Instead of relying on supplements, make bone broth and get collagen that way. There's a yt channel Kneesovertoesguy who focuses on knee health.
>>77432486Rest, collagen, anti-inflammatories. That's about all you can do. Knees once fucked tend to stay fucked. Maybe lose some weight.
>>77432611Im 145 lbs shredded still for summer. You have been jelly of me in CBTs bro.
>>77432623Maybe gain some weight then, oh spooky skeleton. A little bit of fat cushions joints.
>>77432611Anti inflamatories will guarantee that it will never heals. Our body creates inflamation for a reason.>>77432486E3 rehab on youtube. They are your best friends. For supplements, boron, d3 with all the cofactors like k2, magnesium, collagen (can be bone broth), hyaluronic acid. That's all you need for proper tendon recovery. All in all, just static holds, stretches under load, and the building blocks for your tendons. In 2 months it will be with zero pain. In half a year it will be like a new (bit you will have to progress to weights and jumps). Some pain during holds and exercise is absolutely normal. In fact, you need to do it all with some pain. As pain goes away, you progress further.Outside of all this, bpc157 the only real thing that can help and fix you in weeks. But has to be injected and uneccessary if you aren't in a hurry.
I had this from getting back into skateboarding and ollieing too much as a heavy mid 30s dudeSorry bro its gonna take a while, even if you're younger and lighter, happens all the time in basketball and volleyballfull rest like a month or twothen eccentric step downs on a decline board, two leg at first, then one leg at a time when you can handle itI can't remember exactly but I think I spent 3-6 months on thisThen if you rest for a couple days the pain should go away but your tendonss still can't handle the load if you try the activity againnow you strengthen with either loaded squats (don't go crazy, progressively overload like with regular weightlifting, and treat like cardio not just 5 reps, maybe 12-20) or going down stairs a lotthen rest a few days, repeat for 6 months to a year collagen wouldn't hurt the whole time
>>77432796>skatingboarding in your mid 30'sdamn unc just go golfing or something
