Looking for a shoes that can be used for plyometrics and running any recommendations?
>>
I wear the Reebok Nanos

metcons

Do you like them? People don’t seem to care for Reebok

How are they these days? I got them when it was the metcon2 or 3? And it was the 3rd most comfy shoe I ever had. Even had a random black dude say they looked cool af. I don't even recall how expensive they were but I think $90 at the time.

get a proper pair of running shoes, you'll thank yourself later

I usually do but I wanted to add plyo to my workouts

not really that good for running if you do more than a couple of miles. I prefer trail running shoes. made for running but also have a firm and stable sole so can be used for lifting too

Asics, Brooks, Hoka
>>
Anons I appreciate the info but I’m looking for shoes for jumping primarily. I use hi top Air Force’s for lifting, asics/brooks for running, but I’m not as familiar for jumping/explosiveness
>>

what's wrong with those ones for jumping? as long as they are not goofy ass mega foam running shoes that will roll your ankle then they're fine
>>
>>77432760
They are mega foams that make jumps harder and riskier. Air Force’s are flat and stable for lifting but not great from jumping
