Is 27 too late to get fit?
>>
The best time is right now. Roll for push ups.

It's never too late, anon. I started lifting about a year and a half ago when I was 27 and I'm in the best shape of my life and feel like I look pretty good.
>>
>>77432954
not at all. begin and remember it's a marathon - it will take years and years before you start feeling great and want to keep pushing
>>
Is 38 to late to troon?
>>
>>77432954
Sure!

>>77433002
Actually I think the older the better, its way funnier for me as a passerby to see older toons who dont pass.
>>
after 30 it becomes more difficult, but it takes 4 years to get fit.
>>
>>77432954
it is never too late.

roll

it's not too late to start honmaxxing
>>
>>77432954
It’s always too late to do anything, just lie down and die.
>>
>>77432954
Depends on your definition of "fit". If you saw that gif of Connor Murphy getting his abs licked by some sluts and you wanna go from WALL-E people to that, then it's too late. If you mean "longevity and QoL benefits of getting below 20% bodyfat" then no, it's never too late to achieve that or reap the benefits.

That thing where they grow their hair long everywhere but the male patterm baldness spots gets me every time. They're so grotesque my mind doesn't process them as vile, just as clown performance art.
>>

Actually I think it's more like a bell curve. Eventually you grow so old and wrinkly that the troon version of you is literally just a grandma. Grandma's don't need hips or really anything: they just look old, and you don't judge them through the same lens as other women. Bars quite low, you see

There might be something here
Assuming no hair loss

>>77432954
if you are asking YAGNI
>>
>>77432954
I started at 38. I still look like shit, but I feel much better than before. Energetic, even.
>>
>>77432954
Nah, I've been on and off lifting for 15 years, never looked bad but never looked good either. I'm 30 now and the expectation that I have to do everything perfectly at the gym is gone cause I have responsibilities and life stuff, so working out is just one of the things I do, and I feel pretty great. Bad choices are catching up at this age, I can tell you that much, but so are the good ones.
>>
>>77432954
Yes now stop asking
>>

27-29 Are your peak performance years, it goes downhill hard after 30. Get fit now or stay a bitch forever.
