Just dug one of these bad boys out of the trash. What are your favorite ways to use them? What secret techniques await my development?

I feel like I'm going to balance on one leg on it for a week then chuck it back out.

The best use I've found for them is hyper extended sit-ups. Really helps relieve the pressure on your lower back. Beyond that, that balance work is no joke. You have to already be a bigger dude but that balance work will give you fucking beefy 3D calves. Plus that balance work is good for injury proofing your ankles. I wear slip on boots constantly, zero ankle support, I can roll my ankle and just carry on like it's nothing. Pretty sure the bosu had something to do with it.

oh yeah those seem like a really good idée. I bet I could flip around on my stomach and do some back extensions, too, maybe. Thanks

I use these for physio after shattering my ankle. I do a lot of "Up and over" on them, and balancing on the soft part in "tree pose". I don't know if I'm getting much out of it.

Chores and cleaning. Cooking too if it's trained.
