Long term joint pain in my knees and elbows that ive taken years off of working out to heal with the pain always returningAny routines that will help strengthen the tendons or can work arounf?
>>77433498Grease the groove doing squating and pressing type movements.
>>77433498anything that helps you move more consciously, like yogaswimming if you are good at itkettlebells and stretching
>>77433529You absolute baboon.Gtg is especially hard on the joints.
>>77433498smoke a joint, dance a little
>>77433498You are suffering from "being a fat fuck" sydrome. Cut down on protein and fats, increase fruit, starch and sugar. Stretch, do cardio. I use to have a busted right knee, dropped almost all fats and all protein, increased fruits, potatoes, water and cane sugar on oats. It went away in two weeks.
>>77433498There are some stuff you can do to help but in the end of the day joint pain is like 95% genetics (you can ask a physical therapy / Dr if you doubt me). Meaning you can do everything right and still get it, and you can do everything wrong and still not get it. If that makes sense to you. Worse case scenario if it's ACTUALLY a chronic thing and not just an out-of-shape thing, then it's best you get a prescription for it. NSAIDS are kinda ass to take long term.
>>77433560Oh I forgot if you do end up getting a prescription for long term chronic joint pain, stay away from the opioid options (for obvious reasons). Corticosteroids also have their problems but better than opioids. Maybe start with a sodium channel blocker and go from there.
>>77433536What? You have less intensity and the higher frequency of training sessions that make up for it ensures that you're getting enough practice to perfect efficient technique that minimizes fatigue and risk of injury. Are you sure you aren't thinking of the Bulgarian Method?
>>77433548Im 23 175 lbs at 5'10Keep projecting tho
Sucks if that's true but it adds upSeen a doctor before but they could only recommend wearing braces and cortisol shots
