I fully replaced water with milk.
is that healthy?
>>
Depends on how much milk you drink a day desu. Milk is around 90% water.
>>
I have been drinking 2,5L for years and zero negative effects

No, drink water for hydration. Milk is good though for hitting macros.

Well the current batch (03/08) of Walmart Great Value whole milk is coming in with a FPD of 546. So it's a little more concentrated than the usual 542 but that's not something to be concerned about, you're still getting like 85% water by volume.
Current great value batch fat is 3.34%, protein 3.24%, lactose 4.76%, other solids 5.75%, solids non-fat 9.08%, casein 2.69% and urea 9.2mg/dl.
