I will continue exercising solely for mobility retention, joint health, circulatory health, and injury prevention, which involves running and some light dumbbell and calisthenics exercises, because those are the only outcomes that are tangibly possible to effect with my own actions. Everything else falls to me by mere fortune, and I am unfortunate.
