Lowered intensity & volume on leg day. Legs finally started growing.

What gives? Was John Meadows and Mark Mentzer wrong?

Lower weight probably allowed you to target legs correctly instead of compensating fully with your lower back or whatever it is you were doing before.

nah nigga i was targeting legs fine before cause a nigga couldnt walk for like a week or 2

im guess that my recovery wasn't able to keep up and now im working out at an intensity i can actually recovery from
