Diet / routine for this mode?
Any good PPL/UL/full body routine done consistently for like 3 years while eating a good amount of protein
>>77436036I just fucking know it he's way too juicy
>>77436050Yeah I don’t wanna be that guy but it’s sus he suddenly looks the biggest and leanest he’s ever been despite being 30 lol
>>77436059>it's sus that someone has gotten bigger and leaner after lifting for a longer period of time while in his prime yearsDo you genuinely have an IQ of 80? Are your parents inbred siblings? How can you possibly be this fucking stupid?
>>77436068I would bet money but not a lot
>>77436072Yeah don't want to lose to much of your weekly allowance.
>>77436036>routine for this mode?sexo with mutts
>>77436059Some people who roid just end up using so little it's pointless as far as I know. There is definitely some overlap.
>>77436076Oh shit well guess what I'm still right
>>77436081It's sad cause normally people in their late teens/early twenties grow out of their retardation as they get older but you're at a level of dumb that you'll just be dumb till the day you die like your father and his father before him. Just a genetic line of idiots. Sad, many such cases.
>>77436059>despite being 30why do you people think the body falls apart at 30
>>77436144cause retarded zoomers understand nothing about reality, the world or anything at all really
>>77436147Zoomers are almost 30 themselvesIs it Gen Alpha?
>zoomers out of nowhereYour 34 and childless
>>77436050Wdym? Don't gymnast have a similar physique? That would be the closest to Spider-man like body since they're both acrobatic.
Roids entice me as much as tranny hrt does, that is, not at all. why can't people just be happy with how they look?
>she thinks a a list celeb in a billion dollar franchise is nattylmao
>>77436154Idk I just can tell and if they get super pissed you're probably right
>>77436059I'm 33 and the biggest and leanest I've ever been because I've been unemployed for a year doing nothing but eating, sleeping, and lifting.
Is the new one any good
>>77436271Yeah, its reminiscent of Raimi's Spider-Man2
>>77436084The absolute vehemence of this post matched by the physique achieved for a few weeks on roids before laying off is more of a testament to your own stupidity than mine.
>>77436050That isn't even a roid zeek. But since it is Hollywood he is probably on a light cycle.
strong lifts 5x5
>>77436144Media, mostly towards women to make them fall into egg freezer meme.
>>77436036>no pecs>thin wrists>no canon shoulders>no lats>stick legsWhat's good about it?
>>77438100Do you have an imax monitor because to me it appears his legs are barely visible.
>>77438100He has all of these things though
>>77436036injections
>>77436036>Diet / routine for this mode?Tom said his crossfit routine is called "Cindy". and it's >5 pull ups>10 push ups>15 squatsfor 20 minutes. as much as you can do.
>>77436036This is pathetic. The guy is 5'6 and 130lbs.
>>77438400No way he’s that light
>>77438379so he's juicing. lmao>"but he said he's not!"duhhhh
>>77438462He's tiny, dude.
Get really lean and roll your shoulders forward. Ironically tons of cardio and high energy flux are most strongly associated with being very lean in clinical studies while weight lifting is pretty much not at all.
>>77438527Wtf KEK I have no context to this I thought it was an AI edit to make fun of how short he is and then it kept going I loled out loud
CHICKENRICEBROCCOLI
>>77436144That rhetoric just women projecting because they know once they hit 30 they go from "hot" to "hot for [whatever age they are beyond 30]" whereas men can remain attractive to 20-somethings until at least 40 if you're built like a capeshit star
>that rhetoric justSaarr
>>77436068>>77436084Your lack of knowledge of the real world is embarrassing buddy, just stop.
Get bit by radioactive spider, go through puberty. Simple as.
>>77438527>Robbed a coalburnerBased
>>77436059Actual athletes say that low 30s is the highest performance. Of course there are anomalies but 30s are peak for humans.
>>77436144tfw my body fell apart before 30
>>77439817ThisYou only fall apart in your 30s if you lived like a fatass
>>77439896Same. But we can always rebuild my fren.

>>77436050>>77436059He's probably natty. There was no sudden transformation, he's been fit his entire life and he's been lifting for over 10 years, gains have been made very slowly over time. And in his earlier spiderman movies I remember this board was calling him dyel, when he really isn't that much bigger now - he's gained maybe 15lbs. Id even argue he's still small for how long he's been lifting, and he still isn't even particularly strong. He pretty much just has the brad pitt fight club physique but a little bit bigger now, he's impressive more due to being lean than having a ton of muscle. And 30 ain't old lol, in fact I'd expect any natural lifter to look better at 30 than they did at 20. Not everyone gives up and gets fat after 25 lmao
>>77436144Most people pretty much give up on fitness after they're done with highschool/college and they have to get a big boy job>Stop exercising altogether, not only lifting but running and sports - cope and say there's no time, but they still have time to go out drinking>Are no longer as active in general, maybe hit 1000 steps a day or closer to 5000 if they have a more active job, which is still low (trade jobs are not as active as the internet thinks, which is why most tradies are fat), eat way more calories than their new activity level allows>Crappy diets in general: they'll cope and either say they don't have time to cook or say that eating healthy is too expensive, then drop 20 bucks on a pizza>Continue drinking like a 21 year old well into late 20sBy 30 all those years of bad habits have finally added up to the point they're legit completely out of shape and fitness is down the shitterI personally noticed 23 is the magic age, the turning point where you're either gonna stay in shape your entire life or let yourself go and get fat. Lots of people I know either started to get noticeably fitter or noticeably fatter at that age, at that point you're fully an adult so fitness has either become a full blown habit for life or something you have given up on. If someone is fat by the time they're 25 they'll probably stay fat the rest of their life because fat is a mindset for them now
>>7744165730 is as young as you'll ever be. its all downhill after 35 unless you get on trt
