I've been doing this for a little while now and I see good improvements. 3.5 times per week

I am doing this for aesthetics only btw, not strength.

Missing some major lifts like squats, bench press and deadlift.
>>

every other day

my goal is goal is muscle and aesthetics rather than powerlifting though
>>
>>77437278
Assume he means every other day, 3 days one week 4 the next

You're not going to have aesthetics unless you build up a foundation with compound lifts. Compound lifts are what actually give you mass by building up your biggest muscles, and the other stuff just builds on top of that.
>>
>>77437417
compound meaning it targets multiple muscles at once? how does leg press, chest press, shoulder press, pulldown and row not count if they target multiple joints and muscles together?

why not answer the question instead of being defensive?
seems like you don't know what you're talking about if that is how you respond to a question

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

who mentioned a timeline at all? are you high lmfao

These are for assistance in isolating a specific body part if part of the chain is weak. You're like, trying to assemble the windows and doors of a house before the foundation and structure is built. You don't work on the parts first, you work on the structure and then add to the structure.

Stop using AI. Listen to me instead. Here's what you're gonna do. Get a barbell some 45s, 25s and 10s, one of each to start, off facebook marketplace. You use this thing to deadlift and power clean into front squat. M/F you do power clean into squat, W you deadlift, to build a powerful ass, thighs and calves. Then you do dips and chinups. It's important to get volume so you may need resistance bands at first. Eventually you can get a dip belt and use that. Do all of this outside, then go for a 30 minute run and sit on your ass the other four days. Eat whatever you eat right now + 1lb chicken breast per day.
Here's what will happen:
You will have a powerful ass and thighs. You will build abs by doing compounds every day. Your biceps will look way better than any gay curls gemini told you to do, and you will be wide as fuck from the chins. You can do all of this outside too which has numerous other benefits.

but that's impossible, there's only 7 days in a week?
>>
>>77439107
One more thing. You will probably want to row heavy too. You can use your barbell for this, but it loads the back a lot so using a dumbbell is preferable, lean over and support yourself with a hand and knee on a bench.
I do a variation on the kroc row dumbbell: My suggestion is to buy a 1inch metal pipe and as many old "standard" 10lbs plates you can find for dirt cheap, then weld them onto the pipe, yes weld, as you get stronger. Pound out 5x5-10 with your bar every day until you hit 5x10 then weld another 2 10lbs plates on.

I meant every other day. ~15 days a month = 3.5 times per week on average. don't read too much into it....
>>
>>77439125
but what about the months with 31 days? You can't do that on an odd number... I'm confused?
>>
>>77439130
all months have 30 days though
>>
>>77439143
but there's 31 days in August, did joe biden pass some fucking law to communise the months to February or something? Nobody told me about this.
