I wish I could remember what year it was I bought a 45 lbs kettlebell with the goal in mind to do kettlebell swings for 20 mins. It was a struggle and a blur just like the 30 lb one I started out with. At first I could only do it for a minute. The a couple of times one minute every other minute. It took forever to get it up to doing it for 5 minutes with no rest. I started getting little sprains once I hit the 10 minute mark. I had to take breaks from it and only go to 5. I was at that mark forever. Recently I started feeling stronger and I was doing 10 minutes every day. Then one day I hit 12 minutes. Yesterday I felt like shit and only hit 10 minutes. Today I hit the 10 minute mark. 12 minute mark. 15 minute mark, and bulldozed it past 20 without feel any cramps. Lets see how I feel tomorrow. I got a super tiny strain in my back. I did not expect to crush my goal tonight!
Fuck off faggot
>>77437614Based. I only did maintenence for years after going hard and I am much more appreciating proper form and endurance now that I am getting serious again. And my neck, wrists and knees actually feel better despite the extra years.
thanks for the replies
>>77437614Are you doing two hand or hand to hand swings? Hardstyle or softstyle?
>>77437614minutes seems like an odd measure considering you could do a lot more or less reps in the same time frame

Are you supposed to do these for time and not reps? Doesnt seem good for your lower back.

>>77437614>45lbsIsn't this a non-standard weight? 20kg is slightly different and most kettlebells I see are in kgs, even in America.
