I've read that cortisol is catabolic to muscles but to what extent? I spazz out quite often in high stress situations (waging, interviews, that sort of stuff). I feel my heart beat, sweat quite a lot and just feel nauseous but it's like for few hours. Does it really impact muscle recovery and gains or no?
>>
Yes. I’m like you. We’re fucked. Cortisol belly big fat and round. Sleep destroyed.
