>>77439200what's the other red thing on top of lat?
>>77439970>what's the other red thing on top of lat?i like how pecs hang like two milk bags on all these colored graphs - in reality pec is stretched out in this position >>77438796so what's the red thing below armpit? the only think that comes to mind is that it's that strand of lat that attaches to lower angle of scapula, is that it? i find that triceps is best utilized when long head isn't jamming between scapula and humerus like OP picture and that it's great to use triceps for its primary function which is extending the elbow, and that's what i do - i pull rubber from behind me over my shoulder (traps really) and focus on extending elbow with loose shoulder, focus on elbow traveling, for some reason rubber pressing on traps down a little aids in switching off shoulderand that's where i saw best gains on lateral head of triceps pictured isn't bad but mostly for long and medial head that focus on extending elbow with loose shoulder i'm employing for elbow flexors as well - bent over also unilaterally and in hammer grip and keep shoulder loose and flex elbow - brachialis and brachioradialis, and not full hammer i feel it in biceps, also don't hold the dumbbell let it slide down - it adds supination component to it, great for long headfull supination and over-gripping (gripping really) is a mistake, and like i said locking shoulder/humerus is a mistake as well, light dumbbell, you're not using whole body to lift the dumbbell anymoar, it now travels as if it was in elevator not in an arc that loose shoulder is a hard thing to grasp at first
I stopped doing these because they were making my triceps disproportional to eachother. You can't really get a perfect grip while doing these.
>>77439203And on a cable. And rest your elbow on the cable machine pole thingy.
>>77439200You see, the trick is to be humble from the get-go.Don't let your ego dictate your lifts fren
>>77439200What does it mean if these hurt my elbows a lot? Do I push through it or am I going to destroy my arm joints
>>77440167Is bot schizo rehabilitating himself? One of the only comprehensible posts I've seen him make
>>77439970Is that the teres major? Seems to connect the scapula to the humorous or upper arm bone.
>>77440243It's hard for someone like me to be humble. That's the issue with greatness, but I pull it off anyway because of my discipline and dedication. I'm probably the most humble man on this board.
>>77440876You are clearly doing a good job stsying humble, frenI'm proud of you
