No, white hair is genetic. I knew guys in high school who had tufts of white hair. I got my first white hairs in my 20s. Half my hair was grey by 30. Not really a big deal to have a shock of white hair when you're young. When you start to get old though it makes you look older.

Yes. You can tell by observing dogs. The more anxious they are the earlier the face greys pretty much always. I am old as fuck and only have like 3 in my beard because of my life of not having girlfriends
