What 1rm OHP, bench, and DL do you consider the benchmark to have truly made it?DO NOT FUCKING TALK TO ME ABOUT SQUATS, FUCK SQUATS, FUCK YOUyes I stole another anon's pic, deal with it>inb4 some dyel says 1/2/3/4
>>77439560My benchmark is however much squatting is required to trigger you.
>>77439567ok but what about the other lifts?
>>77439567if you even SPEAK OF squatting over 200lb I will reverse engineer your ip address and show up at your door just to tell you how gay squats aredo NOT test me
>>77439560OHP is the only one that matters. You see all kinds of fatties doing heavy bench and DL. But you only ever see real gigachads doing heavy OHP.
>>77439702ok so what ohp is needed to make it?
>>77439560Fucking kek at that pic. I’ve been going to that midgets tik tok account and larping as him on cbtTo answer your question though. It depends on your size. This site can help you outhttps://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards
>>77439720Wtf I thought it was kam using stolen photos again
>>77439720Ok it has beginner, novice, intermediate, advanced, and elite. But at which tier do you consider a person to have made it?
>>77439560i wouldn't use numbers on these lifts as a benchmark someone has made it>raw numbers are relative to people's size>you can be a fatass moving heavy weight>there are people who have made it who do 0 of these 4 liftsinstead, i'd say something like an FFMI of >23 at sub-15% bfand my advice for you would be to stop chasing numbers on the big 4 if making it is your concern
>>77439729but idk how to even measure my bf%
>>77439721Nah I’m just bored>>77439722Intermediate is semi-respectable. Advanced is respectable. If you’re elite and above 200 lbs. you’re probably 95% stronger than most people at any commercial gym you go to (bodybuilding/powerlifting gyms are different). So considering all this you could say you “made it” when you hit advanced.
>>77439560Only fatasses talk in absolute numbers
>>77439733no one does, you can take a fucking DEXA scan and nerds online will tell you it's way off. just look up bf% charts on google images and estimate. alternatively, you can look at body measurements and ratios. just don't use your fucking wilks score like a powershitter
>>77439735ok thanks>>77439742ok so estimate bf% from a picture/chart, then how do I determine FFMI?
>>77439748https://ffmicalculator.org/
>>77439765ty
>>77439702I've only ever seen one other person at my gym doing OHP, and he was doing it with lmao1plate.t. 1RM of 250, closing it on 275 hopefully by june.
>>77439702the only guys i see moving 200+ on OHP are fat powerlifters with hairy shoulders lel
>>77439560bodyweight strict OHP
>>77439936This, but strict clean and press. Pressing from the rack is bullshit.
>>77439686>He doesn't squat a measly lmao3pl8
>>77439841Height and weight, bf%?
>>77439686>200lbOof, you meant 300, right?
>>77439841You're either making it up or on roids though so no one cares.
>>77439560Serious answer: by 1/2/3/4 for 5 reps will have you looking reasonably athletic (also "calculating" your 1RM is gay and you did not lift the weight, and blowing out your back attempting a single rep beyond your limit is stupid) but you also have to be cut or else you will just look like a big fat guy no matter how athletic you are.
>>77439560100kg ohp240kg DL
>>77440640>also "calculating" your 1RM is gay and you did not lift the weightbased
>>77439560Comparison is the thief of joy. Be like Goku and only compete against yourself.
>>77441195then how much better than my current self do I have to become to make it?
the most I have ever benched is 185lb
