I like to swing an axe for cardio. I chop wood for a while. Just sorta push until I'm winded and then keep lugging through it. Bucking feels better than cutting a tree down cause it's straight down the middle instead of biased to one side. I also do sandbag work. Post cardio methods that aren't shit like running or swimming or cycling. Gimme stuff that will punish you for having an ego. Everything from retarded fast jumping jacks to tethered bear crawls through wet sand. Let's share shit we do that sucks ass.

Based wood chopper.
Had a perfect wood chopping setup and I loved it. Now I just do kettlebell swings and it feels a little similar sometimes but it will never be the same.

Personally I like to put the power in power bottom and ride a Bad Dragon to failure. Rectal incontinence is a small price to pay for a sub 30 bpm resting heartrate and 99.99 percentile vo2max.

nanigans. putting a dick in your butt doesn't take enough effort to give you professional grade heart muscle

I put 150kg onto a dog sled and attach a battle rope to it then walk backwards until I can barely move anymore. Then rinse and repeat for 40min. My hands usually go out around the 10min mark.

Who tf does voluntarily does cardio? I involuntarily burned 550kcals driving for an hour according to my polar h10.

Processing firewood is superb all-around exercise.
>lift cut logs to wheelbarrow
>push full wheelbarrow to woodpile
>stack logs on unsplit pile
>split logs with 6# maul
>stack split logs on curing pile
>carry piles of split logs to front porch daily when they're ready to go in the stove
The whole process is a full-body workout, even if you use a chainsaw for felling and cutting to log lengths as I do. The latter items really work hand and grip strength since they require manipulating half split logs with one hand before they're broken down further. I cut the trees and stack the rounds in the summer. That provides a mega sweaty workout. Then I wait until the cold weather to do the splitting. I process between four to six cords per year, and splitting in the winter is good cardio for when the walking trails are snowed over.

Not to defend this degenerate's sodomy but riding involves significant leg and posterior chain activation, he's basically doing rapid bodyweight half squats. It could definitely constitute adequate cardio

I chop wood in season with a maul. I skip rope year round.

>four to six cords
well yeah. That would require some effort. Tell these niggers how much wood that is.

>Who tf does voluntarily does cardio?
Smart people who want to live long and support their lifting gains since cardio adaptions benefit muscular development
>I involuntarily burned 550kcals driving for an hour according to my polar h10.
Why wearable tech is a joke.

Martial Arts conditioning. Hojo undo & shadow sparring, stuff like that. But I also practice with weapons and that shit gets your heart going. The worst of it is practicing with my Bō staff. It's steel, 11lbs. It doesn't sound like much but after working with it for just 10-15 minutes, you'll fucking feel it.

8'x16'x4' (4 cords) or 12'x16'x4' (6 cords) split and stacked. For reference, the rounds in picrel amount to about 2/3 of a cord, at most.

... and I welded a steel pipe to the maul head because I got tired of changing the handle every year. It's heavier, but it's durable AF.

>splitting in the winter
Why? I thought you were supposed to dry the wood for two seasons?

Also, good idea for a thread, OP, even though I'm about to go for a swim.
