>>77439814sissy squats in the door frame calf raises on a stair stepbox jumps on your couch walking lunges in the kitchen nordic curls with legs under couch BSS with elevated leg on chair come on nigga is u even trying
>>77439814just join a gym. i tried to do the home workout thing for a while but its just going to take forever and it's hard to get all the stuff you need.>inb4 i dont live near oneif you live in the middle of nowhere, who gives a shit about your body? no one is going to see it
>>77439814>Bodyweight squats>jumping squats>squats with a bookbag full of books>lunges, walking lunges, jumping lunges, weighted bookbag>calf raises bodyweight or weighted bookbag>running or walking the stairs as long as possibleThat's about it. Buying a dumbbell or kettlebell would help way more. I'd chose kettlebell first as it accommodates for exercises that dumbbells can't do like swings
>>77439814get a sturdy bag, fill it with sand, hold it on the chest and squat
>>77439814You could always walk
>>77439818post physique
>>77439814Never could squat at home because of glass knees making most of the easier home squats like lunge and bss too risky. Just got one of those cuffs for a cable machine put it around my ankle and did leg extensions on my bench. Worked pretty well once you figure out the right posistion for pulley.
>>77439814You don't have a home gym unless you have a barbell and rack. You're just coping. Go to a real gym.
>>77439814You can't reallyEven popular and big calisthenic bodybuilders say they do barbell/machine work for legs.
>>77439814One leg squats with two backpacks full of random heavy stuff.Try 1½ reps aswell.
