DO
use fragrance-free detergent and hygiene products
use milder cleaning products
take lukewarm or cool showers
wash hair every other shower at most
get regular sunlight
use zinc oxide sunscreen
drink enough water
apply mild, fragrance-free moisturizer after bathing
use hydrocortisone for short-term flare-ups
take a multivitamin and D3+K2 if needed
lose excess body fat

DON'T
use products with parabens or phthalates when avoidable
use fabric softener, scented candles, oil diffusers, perfume, or heavily fragranced products
use retinol
use harsh cleaners or dishwasher rinse aid if they trigger symptoms
eat large amounts of high-glycemic index food
eat gluten
take hot showers
wash your hair every day

If you have an eczema breakout right now, don't bother spending weeks or months trying to fight it. Just go to the dermatologist and get prescription steroid cream. Don't overdo it, you only need a tiny amount of that stuff, overusing it can cause more problems. Once it is under control, then you can try some of this shit here >>77440423 to prevent more issues. Save the steroid cream for if you do get major breakouts later, it lasts a long time especially if unopened.

Ruined my 20s as well
Eventually realized it’s some sort of histamine intolerance and cut out histamine liberator foods
